Salary:10-150,000/year

Job Description:

1. Responsible for process improvement and new technology promotion, to ensure that the product production technology is stable, the data is complete, and the process meets the company's requirements;

2. Responsible for timely handling, organization and follow-up of process problems existing on site;

3. Responsible for continuous improvement and tackling of abnormal production, continuous discovery and analysis of technical pain points and suggestions for improvement;

4. Responsible for formulating and improving production operating procedures and standards.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in industrial automation, electrical automation, mechatronics, machinery, materials and other related science and engineering disciplines;

2. More than 3 years of experience in manufacturing process or technical management, and experience in high-tech industries such as ultra-precision machining is preferred;

3. Possess good project management skills and experience in leading project development is preferred;

4, proficient in CAD, solidwork and other plane, three-dimensional design software;

5. Have good communication and coordination skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
