Salary: 150,000-200,000/year
Job Description:
1. Improve the talent inspection, appointment and incentive system, promote the rational allocation of talents, and build an efficient team;
2. Build the company's talent echelon system and promote the systematic training of reserve talents;
3. Design a variety of learning, training and training programs and organize their implementation;
4. Implement performance appraisal and talent evaluation;
5. The introduction of middle and high-end talents.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years working experience in human resources management;
2. Have rich experience in organizational or talent system construction, and be proficient in at least 2 items in talent development, performance appraisal, and high-end talent recruitment;
3. Good sense of innovation, systematic thinking, strong organization and coordination ability, and strong system construction ability.
