Salary: 100,000-120,000/year

Job Description:

1. Strictly follow the production plan, arrange production reasonably, and ensure the timely completion of production tasks;

2. Accurately grasp the product quality status and abnormal quality information, and effectively solve the production abnormality;

3. Responsible for implementing the company's key improvement projects such as lean production and cost reduction, and achieving staged production breakthrough tasks;

4. Responsible for workshop production site management and strictly implement system standards;

5. Be responsible for workers' training and education, assessment and evaluation, mentoring and team building, and implement operating procedures and process discipline.

Job Requirements:

1, College degree or above, majoring in science and engineering;

2, More than 2 years of experience in manufacturing production management or technical management, experience in high-tech industries or large-scale enterprises is preferred;

3, can adapt to shift work and has strong mobility;

4, Have strong organizational, communication, coordination skills, and certain team leadership.
