Salary: 130,000-160,000/year

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the quality management of the whole process;

2. Responsible for formulating quality control plans, implementing quality management systems, and ensuring the achievement of quality objectives;

3. Responsible for identifying quality risks in the manufacturing process, formulating effective preventive measures to eliminate process risks;

4. Responsible for handling quality problems, coordinating and cooperating with relevant departments to analyze quality problems, and supervising the implementation and effect of quality improvement measures;

5. Responsible for organizing and implementing the training of quality management system knowledge.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in industrial automation, electrical automation, mechatronics, machinery, materials and other related science and engineering disciplines;

2. More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality or production and process positions, and experience in high-tech industries such as ultra-precision machining is preferred;

3. Familiar with the quality management methods of the product manufacturing process, the maintenance and effective operation of the quality management system, and be able to promote and apply advanced quality tools and methods;

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and coordination skills.
